Once registered, you’ll gain access to our extensive inventory. Search for the vehicle that suits your needs from our auction database.
To bid on vehicles, an advance deposit is required. Deposits are fully refundable (bank charges apply) if no successful bid has been made. If a bid is successful, cancellation fees may apply.

After making your deposit, choose the vehicle you’re interested in and place a maximum bid. You can bid on up to 10 vehicles per day. For additional bids, contact us at cs@thetml.com.
Our team will review the auction sheet and provide details about the vehicle’s condition before activating your bid.
We’ll bid on your behalf and notify you of the results. If successful, you’ll receive a Proforma Invoice with the remaining amount due.
Settle the balance via bank wire transfer or PayPal. Note that additional charges such as inspections (JEVIC, JAAI, EAA), packing for container shipping, etc., may apply.
Upon payment confirmation, we’ll arrange for yard inspections, complete necessary documentation, and book your vehicle for shipping. Track your shipment anytime using our CAP service.
Please note: Port clearance costs, import duties, taxes, and other local fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Contact your local authorities for further information.
